
National Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to lead our national sales team and drive sales growth.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a national sales team, providing guidance and mentorship to achieve organisational sales targets.
- Lead a national sales team and guide them towards achieving sales targets
- Assist with sales strategy development and execution to acquire new enterprise and government customers
- Conduct regular meetings to monitor activities and analyse sales forecasts
- Provide reports to senior management on pipeline growth and forecast
- Ensure sales volume and pipeline coverage is maximised
- Collaborate with the enterprise and government marketing team on growth strategies
- Negotiate large customer deals and contract terms
- Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM
- Attend conferences and events to build industry relationships
The ideal candidate will have:

- Demonstrated solution sales capability in the communications and technology sector
- Demonstrated sales experience within the enterprise and government sectors
- Demonstrated relationship management experience

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
