ERP Data Testing Specialist

Job Role:
We are seeking a skilled ERP data testing specialist to deliver comprehensive test plans for large-scale ERP transformations. The successful candidate will have experience in data migration testing and a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP modules and data structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed test strategies for data-centric testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex data-related issues.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of data-centric solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data centric testing and share knowledge with the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in data migration testing, preferably in ERP transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP modules and data structures.
- Hands-on experience with Data Bricks and Data Fabric platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
- Experience with ETL processes, data mapping, and transformation logic.
- Familiarity with test management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
