Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate professional to join our organization in the capacity of Job Coach. As a valuable member of the team, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals find meaningful employment and overcome life's challenges.

You will be working closely with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds, building rapport and networking with key stakeholders. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to provide support, information, and referrals with ease.

Your professional approach, memorable smile, and ability to build strong relationships will make you an asset to the team. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing support, information, and referrals to individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds;
  • Multiplying tasks efficiently while maintaining high levels of organization;
  • Exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service;
  • Learning new computer systems quickly and mastering Microsoft Office;
  • Developing negotiation skills and case management experience.
