Is This Role Right for You?

APM looks for individuals with backgrounds in customer-facing roles, such as retail, hospitality, or consulting. Your desire to help people and drive business objectives makes you a strong fit for this role. We provide comprehensive training to help you transition into Employment Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing employment opportunities for job seekers
  • Helping job seekers identify their skills and secure employment
  • Delivering outstanding service to job seekers and employers
  • Increasing job seekers' capacity for employment through training and support services
  • Crafting and implementing joint job plans to support a clear pathway to employment
  • Building relationships with local employers and community organisations

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Will to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
