Our team works closely with clients to identify their strengths and challenges, and develops strategies to help them succeed in the workplace.

We support clients to maintain employment and address challenges as they arise, ensuring they can continue to work towards their long-term objectives.

To do this, we work collaboratively with our clients to:

  • Maintain employment and address challenges
  • Develop skills and job-readiness
  • Support clients through interviews and into employment

We also work with prospective employers to ensure their needs for recruiting new team members are met, and provide ongoing career development and national opportunities for our employees.

The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, flexibility to travel to various sites, a valid driver's licence and the ability to prioritise work when working to deadlines.
