Quality and Education Specialist

In our ongoing commitment to deliver personalized care for residents, we are seeking a Quality and Education Specialist to join our management team.

This role is ideal for a registered nurse looking to transition into quality and education on a part-time basis or for a professional seeking a flexible schedule.

The successful candidate will provide leadership in analyzing data, identifying areas of risk, and implementing continuous quality improvement initiatives aligned with best practice guidelines and organizational policies.

Key requirements include current AHPRA registration with experience in quality/aged care, change management skills, critical thinking abilities, and effective communication skills.
