Sales and Client Relationship Manager Opportunity
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Client Relationship Manager to play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and nurturing client relationships. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Head of Sales and Business Development to implement their sales strategy, focusing on new business opportunities and proactive client engagement.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a sales plan that targets new clients and enhances relationships with existing partners. You will also collaborate across departments to ensure client needs and expectations are met, providing insightful reporting and analytics to showcase performance.
Key objectives include achieving quarterly KPIs for incremental sales growth through new and existing client relationships, developing and maintaining business relationships with current clients to expand service offerings and generate new opportunities, and analyzing existing clients to identify opportunities and gaps for increased client value.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong stakeholder management and sales negotiation skills, as well as exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proven sales activity and strategic planning experience is essential, along with analytical, conceptual, and innovative thinking.
The ideal candidate will have a background in sales/account management, with experience in credit functions, finance, and understanding of business drivers. A proven history in sales, a current driver's license, and the ability to obtain a national police clearance are also required.
Residency in Kalgoorlie is necessary, and you must be willing to relocate if needed. This role offers the opportunity for further career development with a competitive remuneration package.
