Job Title

This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and apply their skills in a dynamic environment. As an Operations Field Support professional, you will be responsible for providing direct customer service and operational coordination activities at our underground client mine site in Western Australia.

The role involves daily driving underground and managing drill consumables to drill rigs and drill sites. You will also be responsible for accurately recording daily data through Sandvik iPad data systems and analysing and reporting on drilling consumable performance, condition, and failures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily driving underground & management of drill consumables to drill rigs and drill sites
  • Managing drilling consumables inventories
  • Accurately recording daily data through Sandvik iPad data systems
  • Analysing and reporting on drilling consumable performance, condition, and failures
  • Positively engaging with our client's mining operators
  • Sorting, analysing, recording, and servicing of used drill bits and consumables
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid manual C Class Driver's license
  • FIFO roster reliability (8 days on/6 days off – 12-hour days, day shift only)
  • Fitness / capacity for work (employment medicals arranged by Sandvik required)
  • Ability to safely lift minimum of 40 kg
  • Ability to pass a police clearance and drug test.

  • Able to perform independently and in teams.
  • Adaptable and resilient.
  • Strong English communication skills
