Leadership Opportunity

Deliver exceptional leadership and guidance to a diverse team of professionals working across youth services, reintegration, early intervention, and financial counselling services.

The purpose of this role is to ensure high-quality programme delivery that meets contractual requirements in a professional and ethical manner. This involves managing staff by providing practical support and direction for clients facing complex issues.

This position requires a passionate individual who is dedicated to supporting staff and clients. The ideal candidate will possess a therapeutic and evidence-based practice approach, with experience in dispute resolution and homelessness, as well as experience supervising employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice on complex cases and/or co-mediate when necessary.
  • Network with stakeholders, liaise with programme stakeholders, and attend relevant meetings.
  • Draft reports, review statistics, and contribute to management board reports.
  • Offer regular management supervision and group case management reviews.
  • Develop and deliver training to staff on internal processes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will require:

  • Recognised qualifications in Justice, Psychology, Social Work/Sciences, Childhood Development, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience in leading and working within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Specialist knowledge of community services and service delivery.
  • Experience in case management, report writing, tender writing, and coordination of client services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of culturally appropriate, strength-based approaches to client services.
  • Ability to work under policies and procedures.
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel when required.
