Key Account Director for Oceania

 

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving commercial growth in mature markets, balancing local external factors with global internal working environment. They will lead an organization covering strategic planning, talent management, and performance optimization.

As a Key Account Director, you will develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and market share in Oceania. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth, identify opportunities for innovation, and build strong relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute commercial plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage high-performing teams to deliver results-oriented projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business strategies.
