At Heng & Hurst, we're seeking a skilled Territory Manager to join our VIC team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with hospital accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow sales of capital and consumables products
  • Manage a small territory of hospital accounts
  • Analyze and interpret sales data to identify growth opportunities
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including surgeons, heads of department, and procurement
  • Manage demonstrations and support clinical cases
  • Provide outstanding customer service
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in medical device sales or pharmaceutical sales
  • Experience working in the hospital environment
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Passion for winning and an excellent team player
