About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Heng & Hurst. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small group of hospital accounts, representing high-quality premium products, and driving sales growth in the Brisbane South territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow Sales of Capital and Consumables Products: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of our capital and consumables products in the hospital market.
  • Manage Hospital Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital decision-makers, including surgeons, heads of department, and procurement teams.
  • Analyze and Interpret Sales Data: Use data analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
  • Engage with External Stakeholders: Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including surgeons, heads of department, and procurement teams.
  • Manage Demonstrations and Clinical Cases: Support clinical cases and manage demonstrations to showcase our products and services.
  • Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to our hospital customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record in Medical Device Sales: A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience Working in the Hospital Environment: Strong understanding of the hospital environment and the needs of hospital decision-makers.
  • Strong Commercial Acumen: Ability to analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent Relationship Building Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hospital decision-makers and external stakeholders.
  • Strong Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and communicate the technical benefits of our products and services.
  • Passion for Winning and Excellent Team Player: A strong desire to win and a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
