As part of our diverse team based in Newcastle, you will support our customers in the management of workers compensation claims. You will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient closures of claims are completed to a high standard.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in the Newcastle office, with flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage the end stage claims process of a portfolio of workers compensation claims for workers who have experienced a workplace injury or illness, ensuring finalisation of all outstanding matters prior to closure to a high standard
  • Assist an injured person and employer with the workers compensation end stage claim process and provide support in the submission of relevant documents to finalise their claim
  • Make contact in a timely manner with the injured person and internal and external stakeholders over the phone to ensure outstanding queries are managed effectively and accurately prior to finalisation of the claim
