Claims Service Specialist

This is a full-time position offering the flexibility to work from home up to two days after initial training.
Key Responsibilities:- Support individuals who have been injured at work and guide all parties through each stage of the claims process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage treatment approvals, return-to-work plans, and injury management strategies.
- Manage weekly payments and provider invoices in an efficient manner.
- Previous experience in workers compensation is highly desirable but not essential for this role.
- Applicants with backgrounds in healthcare, nursing, allied health, aged care, or medical reception may be suitable for this position.
- Successful candidates will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and committed to achieving positive outcomes for all parties involved.
- They will possess a genuine caring nature, empathy, and strong organizational skills.
