Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join our team. As a senior member of our engineering group, you will play a key role in delivering geotechnical solutions for a variety of projects across industries.

Your expertise in geotechnical engineering will be essential in providing innovative solutions for complex problems. You will work closely with our team to plan, coordinate, and manage field data acquisition, site investigations, testing, and produce calculations, reporting, specifications, and drawings.

You will also undertake geotechnical analysis in areas such as slope stability, pavement designs, foundations, and retaining walls. Your ability to provide quality check and review experience to an appropriate technical standard will be crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.

Responsibilities
  1. Plan, coordinate, and manage field data acquisition, site investigations, testing, and produce calculations, reporting, specifications, and drawings.
  2. Undertake geotechnical analysis in areas such as slope stability, pavement designs, foundations, and retaining walls.
  3. Provide quality check and review experience to an appropriate technical standard.
  4. Plan, program, and coordinate geotechnical project inputs to deliver agreed outputs on time and to agreed quality standards.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering with completion of geotechnical electives and/or major as part of university studies.
  2. Minimum 5 years working experience in consulting field and/or recognized as a senior engineer in current role.
  3. Experience with soil investigation, supervision, and geotechnical design.
  4. Previous experience with engineering software packages such as gINT, GEOSTUDIO, PLAXIS, ROCSCIENCE, CIRCLY, AutoCAD.
