GHD is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist to lead geotechnical projects in Northern NSW, with opportunities for national and international work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead geotechnical projects across the region, delivering milestone projects from Hawkesbury River to Queensland border.
  • Interpret data to develop practical solutions, conduct analyses for slope stability, foundation treatments, and pavement design.
  • Prepare proposals, review technical reports, and interact with clients through project phases.
  • Provide technical mentoring for junior team members.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in geotechnical engineering or engineering geology, with post-graduate study advantageous.
  • At least 8 years' experience in geotechnical consulting and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong skills in investigation, interpretation, design, and delivery of geotechnical solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, prioritise tasks, and manage projects independently.
