Job Opportunity: Geotechnical Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Engineer to contribute to our projects in Australia. The successful candidate will provide geotechnical expertise across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate and manage field data acquisition, site investigations, testing and produce calculations, reporting, specifications and drawings to ensure that geotechnical designs deliver optimal solutions.
  • Undertake advanced geotechnical analysis in areas such as slope stability, pavement designs, foundations and retaining walls.
  • Provide quality check and review experience to an appropriate technical standard.
  • Plan, program and coordinate geotechnical project inputs, to deliver agreed outputs on time and to agreed quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering with completion of geotechnical electives and/or major as part of your university studies.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in consulting field and/or recognised as a senior engineer in your current role.
  • Experience with soil investigation, supervision and geotechnical design.
  • Previous experience with engineering software packages such as gINT, GEOSTUDIO, PLAXIS, ROCSCIENCE, CIRCLY, AutoCAD.
