Graduate Digital Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as part of a graduate program. The role involves supporting customers in their digital transformation and ensuring the adoption of SAP software.
The 12-15 month program includes classroom-based learning, rotation opportunities with predefined focus roles within the business, and case studies.
You will work on projects that demonstrate your communication and interpersonal skills, as well as problem-solving, time management, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Interest in innovative topics and ability to translate them into customer digital transformation strategies
- Understanding of mutual interdependencies between business and IT aspects of customers' transformation programs
- Knowledge of latest trends in information technology, preferably SAP Cloud solutions and services
This position involves supporting customers in their digital transformation and ensuring the adoption of SAP software.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating understanding of SAP Cloud solutions and services
- Developing and implementing effective digital transformation strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Proven experience in IT project management
- Strong understanding of SAP software and cloud solutions
