Graduate Consultant Role

We are seeking a recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Business, Economics or Information Technology to join our team as a Graduate Consultant. This 12-month program is designed to build your consulting career from the ground up and provide you with industry-recognised qualifications, exposure to multiple projects and client environments, and formal mentoring from senior leaders and executives.

This role will involve working directly with clients and experienced consultants to solve complex problems, improve business outcomes, and support large-scale transformation. As a Graduate Consultant, you will act as an advisor, facilitator, and analyst across a range of exciting engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve complex problems and improve business outcomes for clients
  • Work closely with clients and experienced consultants to deliver projects
  • Analyse data and develop strategies to drive business growth
  • Design and implement process improvements
  • Support clients through large-scale transformation projects

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Business, Economics or Information Technology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Highly motivated and proactive
