Our graduate program is a full-time opportunity for recent graduates and postgraduates to develop their skills in digital media consulting.
Digital Media, Data Consulting and Solutions Engineering TracksYou will be exposed to the wider industry, learning specific technical skills valuable to your career. You will enter one of the following tracks:
- Digital Media Track: Manage paid media engagements, focusing on programmatic advertising, SEM, Analytics, client and project management.
- Data Consulting Track: Deliver and implement best-in-class digital analytics solutions, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- C360 (Digital Transformation & Salesforce) Graduate Track: Specialize in delivering customer relations management and marketing solutions using the Salesforce platform.
- Solutions Engineering Track: Help deliver and implement technology-based solutions to support data, content and media businesses.
Help manage and prioritize feature delivery roadmaps. Work with consultants, project managers, customers and application SMEs to understand project scope and deliverables. Capture, analyze, document and validate business user stories and acceptance criteria. Map out customer journeys within project scope. Translate business and functional requirements to agile scope/stories.
Work with technical leads and stakeholders to prepare technical solution design. Assist with creating solution/system documentation. Ensure documented requirements are fulfilled through quality assurance/testing. Triage user feedback, defects reports and change requests. Manage stakeholder expectations around individual issues within the project context.
