Our client is an award-winning and highly regarded agency specialising in the sale, leasing, and management of commercial property. Due to multiple new projects, they are growing and have therefore created a new position to work alongside experienced Property Managers.

The Role

  • Assist on premium retail portfolios, liaising with tenants and landlords
  • Contribute to property inspections and reports
  • Manage tenant invoices and arrears
  • Coordinate maintenance of the portfolio

The Requirements

  • A minimum 12-month experience in commercial property management; however, Residential PMs interested in moving into commercial are also encouraged to apply
  • WA Property Management License
  • Knowledge of Cirrus8 would be highly regarded but not essential
  • A desire to become a commercial property manager
