Job Title:

Strategic Portfolio Manager

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of a growing portfolio and play a key role in driving the future direction of commercial management.

You will be responsible for managing a growing portfolio of commercial properties, being the primary contact for tenants and landlords, handling lease administration, renewals, and negotiations, overseeing repairs, maintenance, and contractor coordination, managing budgets, arrears, and monthly financial reporting, taking on business development opportunities, and helping build and shape operational systems and processes.

Eventually, you will mentor junior staff and lead the property management team.

About You:

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 5 years experience managing your own commercial portfolio and hold a current WA real estate registration.

You will ideally have experience providing inspiring leadership to a team and a solid understanding of software solutions.

You must have a WA Drivers license and your own vehicle.
