About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced psychologist to join our team as the Clinical Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering evidence-based services, leading and nurturing the psychology team, and working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver psychology clinical services that reflect evidence-based practice and excellent client outcomes.
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the psychology team.
- Work effectively within an interdisciplinary team, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and professionalism.
- Develop discipline-specific services, procedures, and clinical guidelines that demonstrate efficiency, creativity, and innovation.
- Provide evidence-based psychology services to clients.
- Participate in continuing education activities.
- Contribute to team projects and business development.
We are looking for a candidate with advanced knowledge of best practice in managing clients with acquired brain injury, stroke, and neurological conditions. The ideal candidate will have proven clinical leadership skills, expertise in client-centred practice, and a proven ability to implement changes and develop direction in clinical practice through utilising evidence-based research.
