About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate psychologist to join our team as the Clinical Lead of Psychology. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based psychology services to our clients, providing clinical leadership, and contributing to the development of our services.
The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of best practice in managing clients with acquired brain injury, stroke, and/or neurological conditions. You will be a proven clinical leader with expertise in client-centred practice, and a demonstrated ability to implement changes and develop direction in clinical practice through the use of evidence-based research.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based psychology services to clients of ONE Rehabilitation Service
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the psychology team
- Work effectively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure best outcomes for clients
- Develop discipline-specific services, procedures, and clinical guidelines
- Participate in continuing education activities and contribute to team projects and business development
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced psychologist who is passionate about neurological rehabilitation. You will have a friendly, results-focused disposition and be able to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. You will display genuine empathy, compassion, patience, and an interest in your clients' needs.
You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, and be resourceful in finding solutions to complex problems.
