About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced psychologist to lead our psychology team and provide evidence-based services to our clients. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality care, and will have a strong passion for neurological rehabilitation.
The Clinical Lead will be responsible for delivering evidence-based practice, leading and nurturing the psychology team, and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional client outcomes.
The successful candidate will have access to the latest resources and technologies, and will be supported by a dedicated and passionate team of clinicians who share a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based psychology services to clients, reflecting best practice and excellent client outcomes.
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the psychology team, ensuring high-quality care and exceptional client outcomes.
- Work effectively within an interdisciplinary team, demonstrating effective teamwork and professionalism, and exceptional communication skills.
- Develop discipline-specific services, procedures, and clinical guidelines that demonstrate efficiency, creativity, and innovation.
- Participate in continuing education activities, contributing to the development of the psychology team and the organization.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced psychologist who is passionate about neurological rehabilitation and committed to delivering high-quality care. The successful candidate will have:
- Advanced knowledge of best practice in managing clients with acquired brain injury, stroke, and neurological conditions.
- Proven clinical leadership skills, with expertise in client-centered practice.
- A proven ability to implement changes and develop direction in clinical practice through the utilization of evidence-based research.
- Board registration for psychology supervision is desirable.
- A friendly, results-focused disposition, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
