About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate psychologist to join our team as the Clinical Lead of Psychology. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychology services to our clients, providing clinical leadership, and contributing to the development of our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver evidence-based psychology services to clients, reflecting best practice and excellent client outcomes.
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the psychology team, ensuring high-quality services and exceptional client outcomes.
- Work effectively within an interdisciplinary team, demonstrating effective teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional communication skills.
- Develop and implement discipline-specific services, procedures, and clinical guidelines that demonstrate efficiency, creativity, and innovation.
- Participate in continuing education activities and contribute to team projects and business development.
We are looking for a candidate with advanced knowledge of best practice in managing clients with acquired brain injuries, strokes, and neurological conditions. You will have proven clinical leadership skills, expertise in client-centered practice, and a proven ability to implement changes and develop direction in clinical practice through the utilization of evidence-based research.
You will have a friendly, results-focused disposition, be able to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary allied health team, and display genuine empathy, compassion, patience, and an interest in your clients' needs. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
We are a busy clinic, and the role will require you to be comfortable with multi-tasking. You will be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team, be resourceful, and have a positive, can-do attitude and a great sense of humor.
