About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate psychologist to join our team as the Clinical Lead of Psychology. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering evidence-based services, leading and nurturing the psychology team, and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional client outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of best practice in managing clients with acquired brain injuries, strokes, and neurological conditions, and will be committed to providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based psychology services to clients of ONE Rehabilitation Service
- Lead and nurture the psychology team, providing clinical supervision and professional development opportunities
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional client outcomes
- Develop and implement discipline-specific services, procedures, and clinical guidelines
- Participate in continuing education activities and contribute to team projects and business development
