**The company**

Our client are based in the inner Western Suburbs/ CBD fringe, and provide venue management and operational support at events enjoyed by people across Queensland.

**About the role**

Due to growth in the business they have created this position to provide support, analysis and process improvement to their asset management and finance based systems. In this role you will be customer facing, understanding the business and users needs, understanding the corporate governance responsibilities and requirements and determining the best solutions to meet these requirements.

**Duties**
- Manage system reporting and create dashboards
- Provide advice in relation to corporate governance requirements as they relate to the system
- Collaborate with internal clients and external service providers
- Diagnose business systems faults
- Develop and maintain quality documentation for each of the systems

**You will have had experience in the following**:

- Experience working with business systems, supporting asset and financial modules, particularly in the Technology One.
- Business systems knowledge at the operational level.
- Delivering quality solutions & business process improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in documenting solutions, processes and procedures.
- Customer support and service.
