As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.Job Description:We are seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to join our team in Logan Village, Beaudesert or Nerang locations. The successful candidates will be responsible for conducting initial assessments and ongoing interventions for NDIS and Home Care Package participants across the lifespan, including complex cases.Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify participant needs and develop individualised plans.
  • Prescribing assistive equipment and recommending minor home modifications to support participants' independence.
  • Providing high-quality clinical opinions and justifications through comprehensive report writing and functional capacity assessments.
  • Liaising with service providers and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • Current registration with AHPRA and eligibility for Medicare registration.
