Job Description

This is an exciting new role within the maternity department at our hospital. We seek an experienced midwife with a compassionate heart to fill this specialist position.

The Enhanced Midwifery Navigator provides support and assistance to individuals and families experiencing perinatal loss and/or socially complex care needs during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

This involves guiding families and staff through the grieving process, connecting them with appropriate resources, and helping navigate the healthcare system to ensure they receive the best possible care.
