About the Role- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored action plans to help disadvantaged people regain safety, dignity, and stability in their lives.
- Provide housing referrals and connect clients to a wide network of community resources.
- You will possess a relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy).
- Recent experience in Homeless Services Coordination or a related role within the social services sector is required.
- You will have exceptional communication, crisis management, and relationship-building skills.
