Role Overview

As the B2B Workstream Lead, you will take ownership of a major transformation workstream within a high-profile program of work. Responsible for strategy through to execution, you will lead initiatives that enhance B2B engagement models, design fit-for-purpose frameworks, and oversee delivery of solutions that drive transparency, efficiency, and commercial outcomes. You will manage initiative leads and multi-disciplinary teams, aligning stakeholders to ensure that program objectives are delivered on time and with maximum impact.

You are a dynamic leader with proven expertise in B2B service environments and transformation delivery. Adept at navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, you thrive in aligning cross-functional teams and translating strategy into practical, high-value outcomes. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills enable you to build strong partnerships and drive results in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of initiatives within the B2B transformation workstream, from planning through execution.
  • Provide technical and strategic leadership to ensure solutions are commercially robust, transparent, and stakeholder-focused.
  • Manage initiative leads, consultants, and cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
  • Develop and implement frameworks for segmentation, service design, case management, and commercial models.
  • Oversee reporting, resource allocation, and program integration to ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with organisational, legislative, and ethical frameworks.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Demonstrated success in program/project management and transformation delivery within complex environments.
  • Proven experience in a B2B service environment, with a strong understanding of business tools, analytics, and relationship/account management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, or Program/Project Management (desirable).
  • Understanding of segmentation models, commercial frameworks, and government or infrastructure planning (desirable).
  • Experience in capability building within a transformation or organisational change context (desirable).
