Practice Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our medical team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring seamless functioning and high standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors and administrative staff.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive quality and patient satisfaction.
  • Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including insurance providers and other healthcare organisations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Practice Manager or similar leadership role in a General Practice setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues and patients.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, WorkCover and TAC regulations and accreditation standards.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
