In partnership with Bupa, our ADF Health Services team provides integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel across Australia.

This includes providing defence-ready clinical and support staff across 40+ on-base locations, ensuring that ADF personnel have access to quality on-site medical care.

Join Serco’s ADF Health Services team as a Medical Officer / General Practitioner and provide high-quality medical care to Defence members. You’ll work in a modern, well-equipped facility alongside a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

**About Laverton Clinic**
Laverton Clinic is located on RAAF Base Williams in the suburb of Laverton (approx. 23km west of Melbourne CBD). This Airforce base has specialty schools (Language & Defence international training centre). It is also headquarters for Air Force Training Group. Being a relatively small clinic, services include primary medical, nursing, pharmaceutical and dental. The standard operating hours are generally 0730-1600 Monday - Thursday, and a half day Friday 07:30 - 13:00.

**Your Impact**

We are seeking a Medical Officer / General Practitioner to join us in a permanent part time capacity, working** Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s from 0730 to 1530 and Thursday’s from 0730 - 1600.**

As a **Medical Officer**, you will:

- Deliver primary medical care in line with professional standards and Defence policies
- Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to support Defence personnel
- Assess fitness for duty and provide pre/post-deployment medical support
- Provide medical technical advice to Defence leadership
- Work across outpatient and inpatient care settings as needed

**What You’ll Need**
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner
- FRACGP, FACRRM, or Vocational Registration
- Minimum 2 years’ full time (or part time equivalent) GP experience in the last 5 years
- Australian Citizen - for Baseline Security Clearance requirements
