We are seeking a skilled Claims Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling claims, including managing portfolios, investigating liability situations, and negotiating settlements.

  • Manage and negotiate claims, including communication with solicitors or direct claimants
  • Obtain and review medical, financial, investigative, and rehabilitation reports
  • Ensure legislative compliance timeframes are met
  • Avoid cost-effective strategies to resolve claims
  • Provide early access to rehabilitation services
  • Negotiate claims settlements with solicitors
  • Deliver exceptional customer service

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Sound knowledge and experience in handling CTP or personal injury claims
  • Tertiary qualifications, including Legal, Allied Health, or Insurance
  • Excellent analytical skills and technical expertise
  • High attention to detail
  • Pro-active and energetic attitude
  • Highest professional approach to all aspects of claims handling
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to listen, build rapport, communicate complex information, and negotiate with various stakeholders
