Job Overview

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to transition from a traditional payroll position to a more analytical-driven HRIS/payroll systems position.

About the Position:

  • Support payroll operations while driving data accuracy and system enhancements.
  • Maintain HRIS transactions and ensure data consistency across systems.
  • Monitor system interfaces and verify employee records are complete and up-to-date.
  • Prepare and review leave accrual reports, assisting with adjustments as needed.
  • Compile and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc people reports.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team during month-end and year-end activities.
  • Assist with onboarding, new hire processing, and compliance checks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong end-to-end payroll experience with a deep understanding of payroll awards and agreements.
  • Interest in systems, data analysis, and process improvement.
  • Experience with ADP Payforce, Kronos, and/or Oracle is preferred.
  • A curious and logical thinker who understands the reasoning behind processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
