System Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled system analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has end-to-end payroll experience and is looking to grow into HRIS systems.

About the Position
  • Support payroll operations while driving data accuracy and system improvements
  • Maintain HRIS transactions and ensure data consistency across systems
  • Monitor system interfaces and verify employee records are complete and accurate
Key Responsibilities
  • Process full-cycle payroll and serve as backup during pay runs
  • Review leave accrual reports and assist with adjustments
  • Compile and deliver scheduled people reports
About You
  • Strong end-to-end payroll knowledge with understanding of payroll awards and agreements
  • Interest in system optimization, data analysis, and process improvement
  • Experience with ADP Payforce, Kronos, and/or Oracle is preferred
