About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position that requires end-to-end payroll experience, with a solid understanding of payroll awards and agreements.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with ADP Payforce, Kronos, and/or Oracle is preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Process end-to-end payroll, including backup duties during pay runs
  • Maintain HRIS transactions and ensure data accuracy across systems
  • Monitor system interfaces and verify employee records are complete and consistent
  • Prepare and review leave accrual reports, and assist with adjustments
  • Compile and deliver scheduled and ad hoc people reports
  • Support payroll team with month-end and year-end activities
  • Assist with onboarding, new starter processing, and compliance checks
Required Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with ADP Payforce, Kronos, and/or Oracle (preferred)
  • Curious and logical thinker who understands the "why" behind processes
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Analytical mindset, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Full working rights for this permanent role
