Job Title: Payroll/HRIS Systems Analyst
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Payroll and HRIS Systems Analyst. This role offers great career progression and the opportunity to upskill into a more analytical driven HRIS / Payroll systems focus.
About the Role:- This is a full-time position that requires end-to-end payroll experience, with a solid understanding of payroll awards and agreements.
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with ADP Payforce, Kronos, and/or Oracle is preferred.
- Process end-to-end payroll, including backup duties during pay runs
- Maintain HRIS transactions and ensure data accuracy across systems
- Monitor system interfaces and verify employee records are complete and consistent
- Prepare and review leave accrual reports, and assist with adjustments
- Compile and deliver scheduled and ad hoc people reports
- Support payroll team with month-end and year-end activities
- Assist with onboarding, new starter processing, and compliance checks
- Strong analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with ADP Payforce, Kronos, and/or Oracle (preferred)
- Curious and logical thinker who understands the "why" behind processes
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Analytical mindset, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Full working rights for this permanent role
