Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Systems Payroll Analyst to drive payroll accuracy and system improvements. As a key team member, you will support payroll operations by ensuring data integrity across systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain end-to-end payroll processes and provide backup during pay runs
  • Manage HRIS transactions and ensure data accuracy
  • Monitor system interfaces for complete and consistent employee records
  • Prepare leave accrual reports and assist with adjustments
  • Distribute scheduled and ad hoc people reports
  • Support the payroll team with month-end and year-end activities
  • Assist with onboarding, new starter processing, and compliance checks
About You:
  • Strong payroll experience with an understanding of awards and agreements
  • Possess interest in data analysis, process improvement, and technology integration
  • Knowledge of ADP Payforce, Kronos, and/or Oracle is desired
  • Curious thinker who understands the 'why' behind processes
