About the Clinical Pharmacist Role

Job Description

This position involves providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary framework to clients at Ipswich Hospital. The role requires working within prescribed professional and ethical standards, under the guidance of senior pharmacists.

The successful applicant will have an opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic team rapidly expanding to incorporate challenges and opportunities within the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care within a healthcare facility utilising high level written and oral communication skills.
  • Contribute to team objectives within the pharmacy as well as the broader multidisciplinary team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD).
  • Pharmacy tertiary degree that is recognised by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, as conferring eligibility for registration.
