Key Responsibilities:- Deliver quality patient care services
- Develop and maintain effective patient care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team for coordinated patient management
- Assess patients to coordinate treatment plans
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- Current unconditional registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Minimum 12 months of post-graduate experience in an acute care, primary health care, or military setting
- Recent participation in CPD activities
- Current HLTAID009 certification
