Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a HR Business Partner.

Your key responsibilities will include providing expert advice and hands-on support across employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, onboarding, safety, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective HR advice to management and employees
  • Lead and resolve employee relations matters including grievances and investigations
  • Interpret awards and industrial instruments, ensuring compliance across the business
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning activities
  • Partner with managers to deliver performance management and development initiatives
  • Drive employee engagement, WHS practices, and compliance with organisational values
  • Coordinate remuneration reviews and benchmarking processes
  • Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files
  • Support the rollout of national HR systems and initiatives
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a comparable industry
  • Strong understanding of employment law, awards, and WHS legislation
  • Proven experience handling complex employee relations and investigations
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in using HR software and data to drive decisions
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping people and businesses thrive
  • Ability to travel regularly across multiple sites
