Business Partner Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will provide expert support and advice across all people-related matters.

You will work in partnership with senior leaders to provide strategic and operational expertise, inputting into projects and designing new strategies through a people lens.

This role offers the rare opportunity to work closely with highly regarded environmental specialists in geographically dispersed teams.

You will also collaborate with the wider national People Team, including Talent Acquisition, Reward, and Performance, as well as the learning team.

About You

We are seeking a driven and energetic professional with strong verbal and written communication skills, passionate about business partnering and possessing a growth mindset.

Able to look outside traditional ways of working, you hit the ground running in a high-volume fast-paced environment and take the initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes.

You are a people person with an open, transparent, and ethical approach, building and maintaining superior relationships with internal stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Providing expert HR advice and support to senior leaders and managers in geographically dispersed teams.
  • Developing and implementing effective HR systems and processes.
  • Working collaboratively with the People Team to deliver organisational development strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the design and delivery of projects that create shared value.
