HR Business Development Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned HR expert to support our organizational growth. This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions and driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Implementing HR policies and procedures to align with business objectives;
- Assisting with strategic initiatives, including talent development programs and diversity & inclusion efforts;
- Counselling and coaching leaders on employee matters;
- Liaising with Dealer Principals on all employee-related issues;
- At least two years of experience in an HRBP role;
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships across the organization;
- HR qualifications and experience; understanding of typical business structures and ability to work in diverse environments;
