Business Partner Role

This role involves collaborating with senior leaders to develop strategies that drive employee engagement, retention and performance.

The primary responsibility will be to work closely with managers and employees to provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, resolve employee relations issues and design organizational development projects.

This position requires a mid-senior level professional with 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive and solutions-focused, and have up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with senior leaders to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees.
  • Resolve employee relations issues through fair and timely resolution.
  • Design and implement organizational development projects to enhance business outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in Human Resources in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of developing effective HR strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices is necessary for this role.
