About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading teams across our Fruit & Veg Department to deliver exceptional shopping experiences. Your primary focus will be on managing day-to-day operations, ensuring store standards in Food Safety, Safety and Merchandising Standards are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance product availability and quality.
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless operational routines.
