Overview

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Conference Producer who will be responsible for creating commercially viable conferences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing conferences with a focus on industry challenges and solutions;
  • Conducting research to identify industry trends, changes, and client needs;
  • Sourcing, inviting, and securing industry-leaders to present at conferences;
  • Engaging in quality phone conversations for speaker acquisition;
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful events;
  • Creating insightful program copy and managing event logistics.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as fully paid interstate travel, networking opportunities, and generous incentives, including monthly bonuses and employee rewards. You will also have access to profit share incentives and ongoing training and development.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Motivation and passion for project delivery;
  • Confidence in building relationships through phone communication;
  • Advanced interpersonal skills to collaborate with the team and broader business;
  • Commercial acumen with knowledge of working in the corporate space;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills;
  • Events experience (desirable);
  • Basic to intermediate sales skills or enthusiasm to sell great opportunities.
