We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our data governance initiatives. The Data Governance Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing effective data governance practices across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of our data governance framework, ensuring compliance and adoption across business and IT departments.
  • Engage stakeholders to drive the success of data governance activities, fostering a culture of data quality and integrity.
  • Establish metrics and reporting tools to measure the effectiveness of data governance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance organisational performance.
  • Coordinate and chair a Data Governance Committee to ensure strategic alignment and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, data management practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to plan, schedule, and complete work autonomously, with a high degree of initiative and curiosity.
  • Strong ability to articulate the value of data governance to stakeholders, driving positive change and organisational improvement.
  • Experience in coaching and/or running workshops to develop data governance capabilities within the organisation.
