Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and implement governance frameworks across our organization. This is a critical role that requires collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to ensure our data and AI initiatives align with our business goals and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce policies for data quality, integrity, and security
- Manage data lifecycle and remediation activities
- Train Data Stewards on governance practices and monitor progress to compliance
- Maintain data and AI governance frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance
- Support the development and implementation of ethical data and AI guidelines
- Assess risks such as bias and privacy concerns and monitor AI system performance
- Provide governance reporting related to data remediation, compliance, ownership, and quality
Requirements:
- Experience in large-scale data management and knowledge of data protection and AI practices
- Strong consulting skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Alignment with company values such as integrity, accountability, collaboration, ingenuity, and respect
