Job Opportunity: Contracts Professional

We are seeking an experienced contracts professional to join a high-performing team delivering complex projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Prepare, review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements.
  • Project Support: Manage variations, progress claims, purchase orders and cost reporting.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
  • Risk Management: Support project managers with reporting, forecasting and risk management.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience as a contracts administrator in construction.
  • Project History: Proven experience on complex projects.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction contracts and project controls.
  • Skillset: Exceptional communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
